As mentioned some posts back, I am starting to develop a taste for red wine ... and the aromas and tastes vary quite a bit ... today a Baco Noir from Ontario ...
PELLER ESTATES HERITAGE SERIES BACO NOIR VQA
LCBO 582841 | 750 mL bottle
Starting to find some good wines here in Canada for under $10 and this Baco Noir is no exception. In the LCBO tasting notes below it was mentioned that it went well with "game" so we tried it with an amzing duck dish and it was paired perfectly! From the fruity and slightly smoky aromas to the young, light, fruity taste, this wine is a winner that I would recommend ... a solid 8.5/10.
