19 Wines in 19 Days ...

Confession ... I bought this one because of the bottle. I was walking down the isle and saw this squat little bottle in the corner of the shelf ...

LANCERS WHITE
LCBO 78949 | 750 mL bottle

My suspicions on this wine started when there was a small "ppst" that escaped when I twisted the cap off. They were confirmed when I poured a small amount in my glass and watched as small bubbles formed. Then came the sip ... soda pop was the first thought that came to mind! No aroma to speak of but it was refreshing and light. I couldn't see pairing it as described below ... although I guess it would be paired well with a hot sun out on the deck on a slow weekend afternoon. Not that there's anything "bad" about it ... just nothing "good" ... unless you count the neat shape of the bottle! 5.5/10 ...
