190 Wines In 190 Days

This one is special ... we brought it to Montreal to bring to a favorite restaurant where we can bring our own wine .... But we didn't get to try it at the Greek Restaurant (Duluth St) ... A funny thing happened on the way there ... We went by a Portuguese place on St Laurent ... Tapas and martini's (and a free martini for the ladies before 7 - that clinched it for Del).

It was a taste explosion ... We split 6 tapas ... cod, octopus, duck etc ... And she had a lobster (well, I had a piece) and a great bottle of Portuguese white wine that was paired excellently with the dishes ...

Oh, right ... When we got back to the hotel ... Tried the red ... Not good!!! There was a perfumy smell and an aftertaste that was not very good.

Good thing there was a good bottle of white in the fridge ... TaraPaca (Sauv Blanc) from Chile ... being former military members, we travel prepared!!

Fuzion! great Idea form Zuccardi. I has seen this one several time on a wine shop, but I was never tempted to try it. Then I went to a Casino opening party, I they were serving this. Then I knew what I was missing
