4 Wines in 4 Days ...

OK ... Enough already with the Sav Blanc's!! Tonight we had a special wine ... picked especially for the Jamacain food we wanted to have ... curried goat and oxtail ... spicy and we wanted to try something different.

CONO SUR VIOGNIER
LCBO 64287 750 mL bottle

Well, it certainly was different. It TOTALLY matched with the spicy Jamaican dishes we had ... though not as sweet as the Riesling/Gewurztraminer we talked about on Day 1. The LCBO serving suggestion below talks about pairing with stir-fry or white meats but we found it was superb with our spicy dish .... we'll definitly have it again ... a solid 8.5/10 ... Chile keeps on impressing!
