28 Wines In 28 Days ....

I'm starting to develop a taste for reds and it's quite exciting. I enjoy white wine (especially Sauvignon Blanc) but this adventure in wine tasting has opened many doors ... just reading about this Cabernet Sauvignon being paired with aged cheeses has my taste buds salivating!

SANTA CAROLINA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
LCBO 535344 750 mL bottle

Well, reading about it and then tasting it .... it worked!! There was a definite aroma of blackberry that was very pleasing and the taste was full of dark fruit ... and very smooth. It went perfect with the 5 year old chedder and this will definitlety be a staple in the wine celler. Chile continues to impress. Would heartily suggest this wine to anyone and give it a solid 9/10!
